Dopo oltre tre mesi dall'approvazione in Consiglio dei Ministri, è approdato in Gazzetta Ufficiale il Dpr n. 59 del 2 aprile 2009 recante il Regolamento che definisce le metodologie di calcolo e i requisiti minimi per la prestazione energetica degli edifici e degli impianti termici.
